About Leave No Child Inside Northwest Ohio

This coalition was recently created to encourage residents in our communities to “get outdoors.” Spending time enjoying our natural world has been proven beneficial in reducing stress, improving health, reinforcing learning and decreasing obesity.
The Leave No Child Inside campaign is running strong in many communities around Ohio.  We want to support this movement and make a difference in Northwest Ohio.

Our Mission:

A network of organizations and individuals promoting the well-being of every child and family through the discovery and exploration of the great outdoors.

GET INVOLVED:

You can support the Leave No Child Inside movement in Ohio!
Do you have a connection with young people and their families, outdoor recreational activities, or promoting healthier lives?

We are seeking your collaboration and input to connect and encourage residents in our area to reap the benefits of an active life.
Our goal is to connect people with the variety of outdoor activities, such as camping, bird-watching, canoeing, hiking and other outdoor pursuits available in our region.

For Leave No Child Inside Northwest Ohio to make a difference in our community, we need your support.

Here are some things you can do to help further the cause:
  • Link to our website.
  • Sign up for the RSS Feed of our Blog HERE. You'll be notified when we post information about upcoming outdoor programs or resources for getting kids outside.
